This critical and high profile role will be heavily involved in the strategic direction of a premium shopping centre, with a particular focus on fashion and national retailers.

Your role will be responsible for:
Maximising investment returns and minimising risk through strategic leasing plans. Collaboration with the broader management team to enhance retail offerings, creating a vibrant and diverse shopping experience. Engaging the wider team to meet expectations and KPIs. Balancing competing priorities related to time, cost, risk, and quality. Leadership and development of direct report. This is an extremely rare opportunity in the Perth market and we are seeking a qualified, senior operator with a minimum of 10 years experience in retail leasing.
