The Role: Reporting to the Head of Lease Administration, you will be responsible for assisting with lease administration and general administration duties as required.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Liaise with leasing & centre management teams to ensure accurate documentation in accordance with negotiated termsLiaise with lawyers, banks & agenciesReturn executed legal documentation to lawyers & centre management teamsEnsure accurate documentation is issued across the retail portfolioMaintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation & relevant state / federal laws related to retail leasesEnsure deposits, bank guarantees & insurances have been receivedTrack lease documentation & report on the statusSupport leasing executives with knowledge of the Retail Leases Act beneficialThe Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel & OutlookExperience in Commercial, Industrial or Retail Lease admin preferred but not essentialHigh attention to detailExcellent written & verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience with high-volume workloadsKnowledge of the Retail Leases Act is desirableApply now or contact Tiffany Jolly on 0412 761 144 or email your CV to ******.
