Seamlessly integrated with the University's LMS, it empowers students and educators with intelligent, interactive, and efficient solutions for improved outcomes.
The Educational Innovation Team are now seeking a Senior Learning Technologist to collaborate with academics to design, develop, and implement engaging, technology-informed learning experiences.
This role will drive pedagogical change, leveraging innovative tools, emerging technologies, and cutting-edge methodologies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will be to: work closely with academics, educational designers, and central technology teams to deliver impactful, technology-enabled learning experiences
lead the design and implementation of digital learning tools and applications that align with the University's educational strategies
advise on technology-informed pedagogical innovation, including the integration of AI and emerging technologies
provide strategic guidance and operational support for educational technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and goals
co-design and deliver professional development sessions to enhance academic staff's technological capabilities
manage stakeholder relationships across faculties, acting as a bridge between educational innovation and University ICT teams.

We are looking for someone who has:
extensive experience in implementing innovative, technology-informed learning solutions in tertiary education environments
expertise in designing and applying UX, UI, and LX principles to create engaging online and blended learning experiences
proficiency in educational technologies, including LMS platforms, generative AI, and tools such as Python, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
demonstrated skills in developing and evaluating high-impact interactive learning resources and applications
a relevant tertiary qualification and a commitment to advancing technology-enabled pedagogy.
