Regulatory Services' dedicated team is passionate about ensuring all Queenslanders have a safe, secure and affordable home.
We are looking for new people to join our compliance team to help administer legislation that impacts on providers of the community housing, residential services ( including boarding houses, supported accomodation hostels and aged rental facilities), residential parks and retirement villages.
As a Senior Learning and Development Officer, your role will be to lead and develop training and learning strategies to implement organisationally endorsed learning and development activities supporting Regulatory Services Staff.

Job duration
Job duration to 31 December 2024 with possible extension
· Lead the planning, design, development and delivery of best practice learning and development activities for the Regulatory Services Unit.
· Provide advice on contemporary training practices and methodologies as required for Regulatory Services.
· Evaluate and recommend suitable external training providers and facilitators to deliver training with emphasis on providing value for money, consistency, and quality outcomes.
· Ensure Regulatory Services' processes are up to date, accessible and secure.
· Manage small/medium projects directly linked to the development and delivery of training products.
· Monitor and report on learning outcomes, including effectiveness and offer recommendations to improve future programs.
