The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is an independent statutory body set up to combat and reduce the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector in Queensland. We investigate crime and corruption, and have oversight of the public sector including police. The CCC also has responsibility for restraining and recovering suspected proceeds of crime and administers Queensland's witness protection program. Its functions and powers are set out in the Crime and Corruption Act 2001.The Human Capital Capability team is leading the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and capability interventions to support the strategic intent of the CCC. The Senior Learning Advisor role is an opportunity to collaborate with diverse business units to deliver targeted, practical and contemporary learning solutions.

About you The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated history of partnering with business areas to design, develop, and implement contemporary, tailored learning solutions.Project Management: Ability to manage end-to-end learning, capability, and performance management projects, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery, including managing procurement processes and external vendor relationships.Technical Proficiency: Experience in establishing and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS) and processes for administering learning activities.Analytical Skills: Ability to prepare regular reports and conduct data analysis on human capital capability initiatives, driving future improvements.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to engage with and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement, proactively seeking feedback and making data-driven enhancements to learning and development initiatives.Innovation and Curiosity: A proactive and curious mindset, continually seeking innovative solutions and approaches to enhance learning and development initiatives.
