A professional who is passionate about building and enabling capability, is a skilled project and program manager, and thrives in a complex but highly satisfying environment. Reporting to the Manager, Regulatory Learning and Development, you will work with and mentor a team of dedicated and highly skilled L&D professionals and collaborate across the organisation to design, develop and deliver high-quality learning outcomes. Your learners are passionate about protecting people and the environment from the harmful effects of pollution and waste. You will be directly involved in creating and facilitating engaging learning to equip our people to be the best they can be - effectively operating within the environmental protection framework established under the Environment Protection Act 2017.
In this role you will: Lead and manage projects from planning through to design, development and Design, develop, and deliver regulatory learning and development programs to support the capability needs of regulatory decision-makers. Facilitate class-based learning delivery, both virtual and face-to-face. Work collaboratively with L&D colleagues and subject matter experts.Embed evaluation methodology in the design and delivery of learning solutions to ensure continuous improvement.Actively contribute to a positive organisational culture and ensure the highest standards of performance and integrity are achieved. Support a learning culture across EPA, working closely with internal stakeholders.Skills and experience: Here are the types of experience, qualifications, and qualities we are looking for:
Relevant tertiary degree or qualification in learning and development, organisational development, or equivalent.Senior experience in all elements of the development and delivery of learning and development programs, including facilitating learning and assessment activities.Demonstrated leadership abilities, including building a shared sense of direction, clarifying priorities, identifying, and responding proactively to strategic issues, and working collaboratively with stakeholders.Advanced management skills and demonstrated capability to plan, monitor, deliver, and evaluate multiple concurrent projects/programs.Developed stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.Click the "Apply" button to submit your application and cover letter addressing the key selection criteria.
