We value new ideas and fresh perspectives that will help us deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.ABOUT THE ROLECMAX Advisory has multiple roles available for experienced, high-performing managers to lead teams that will develop and execute complex strategies, and government relations and stakeholder engagement campaigns.You will:Lead a high performing team through your motivational leadership style;Be highly driven to pursue client outcomes and internal company objectives;Advise and support client engagement on a broad range of strategic projects and campaigns, ensuring we provide unrivalled, high-quality services and outcomes;Advise and support our clients' stakeholder engagement with industry and government, both political and Departmental;Support the development of campaign strategies to meet our clients' corporate objectives;Analyse government policy and industry developments relevant to clients;Support the management of key client and stakeholder relationships.ABOUT YOUWe are seeking candidates with a mix of the following skills and experience:Previous experience in government relations;Previous experience working in state or federal parliament;Previous experience in strategic communications;Previous experience in consulting;Previous experience in relevant industries (defence, national security, infrastructure, energy, resources, education, health);Active interest in the Australian political environment;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Flexible, dynamic and highly motivated approach to work and ability to work to tight deadlines, managing competing priorities;Highly developed leadership and management skills;Able to lead and motivate teams to deliver on client and company objectives.MORE INFORMATIONApplications without covering letters will not be accepted.
