We are assisting in finding a crucial position that will hold accountability for the organisations Value Realisation Office as they navigate positive portfolio transformation. We are seeing a Senior Leader, Value Realisation Office (VRO).As part of the Delivery Practice, the VRO supports the portfolio team to ensure that initiatives are prioritised effectively and that value is consistently delivered. The office also focuses on continuous improvement of the lean portfolio management (LPM) approach across the business.Your Role:As the Senior Leader of the Value Realisation Office, you will be responsible for setting the delivery framework to drive the organisation's change agenda. This includes overseeing the execution of the strategic portfolio and ensuring that programs and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will lead the establishment of robust governance principles and support the prioritisation and execution of initiatives to increase the speed and quality of delivery. Through your leadership, you will enhance the organisation's portfolio culture, mindset, and capabilities, and foster a continually improving lean portfolio management approach.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimise Value Delivery: Collaborate with program and value stream teams to ensure they are focused on delivering maximum value and achieving strategic objectives.Governance and Reporting: Facilitate and maintain governance processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ensure transparent reporting on portfolio progress to senior leadership and board committees.Develop and Improve Processes: Design, implement, and continually improve the lean portfolio management processes and tools across the enterprise.Collaboration and Training: Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments, providing training and guidance on LPM adoption and fostering a culture of value-driven decision-making.Lead Strategic Initiatives: Play a critical role in aligning strategic objectives with execution, helping to connect strategy with day-to-day operations.What Success Looks Like:Improved Value Delivery: Increased quality, speed, and flow of portfolio delivery, with clear transparency around progress and issues.Stronger Capabilities: Enhanced people capabilities in portfolio management and support roles.Faster Decision-Making: Streamlined processes leading to quicker, more effective decisions and delivery.Effective Governance: Lean governance that minimises unnecessary bureaucracy while ensuring robust oversight.This is a unique opportunity to add tremendous value to a leading brand's enterprise-wise transformation.
