We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Leader to manage our specialist Sexual and Reproductive Health Hub.
Our Hub is in the Bendigo Community Health Services central location in Bendigo and includes our Men's Health, Women's Health, Sexual Health and Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain clinics.
The Senior Leader would oversee a team of highly qualified doctors, nurse practitioners, clinic nurses and allied health professionals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing financial operations, enhancing patient services, ensuring compliance, and driving overall clinic performance.
We seek a strong leader with healthcare management expertise, and/or a nurse with primary healthcare experience, who can cultivate a positive work environment focused on patient care and operational excellence.
