Their primary goal is to provide innovative and sustainable solutions, fostering accessible, resilient, and livable communities.Lead + Senior Structural Engineers Responsibilities:Lead and mentor junior colleagues and run your own projects.Utilize your electrical design expertise on projects that span across multiple disciplines.Implement best practices to deliver optimal outcomes for clients, resulting in cost and time savings.Take charge of small to medium-sized engineering design projects and provide support for larger projects.Maintain effective communication with external entities such as clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers.Establish strong client relationships and identify potential business development opportunities.Contribute to the growth and development of the business unit, aligned with strategic objectives.About you:Structural Engineering professional with a relevant tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering or similar.Significant experience at a Senior Engineer level, ideally within a consulting engineering environment including construction phase inspections.Previous responsibility across the full project lifecycle, including project delivery.Chartered Engineering status is desirable, or eligible to apply for CPEng/NER.Understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards and demonstrated capability in the design of large structures incorporating RC/PT concrete, steel, and mass timber.Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RAM Concept, RAPT, Spacegass, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.To be part of our client's exciting large scale projects, please click apply with your updated CV and reach out to Dom for a confidential conversation on this role and the Engineering market in general. ******
