About the role We are looking for full stack software engineers who have ideally worked in consulting environments, and gained experience in understanding requirements, problem discovery, shaping ideas and outcomes for stakeholders, participating and leading agile practices, establishing team ways of working, and leading small teams to delivery brilliant outcomes for our clients.
As a DiUS Senior Software Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a difference and make an impact across multiple products and clients. We work on problems our clients aren't able to solve themselves: anything from playing and experimenting with innovative tech to helping a client transform legacy systems.
This is a role for the natural navigator, the problem solver, the constantly curious and the lifelong learner. You'll be a key contributor working with a DiUS team to partner with our team clients and help them build bespoke products and solutions, getting the most of their technology landscape, and leaving them in a better place. While this role is very much about systems and coding, it's also about asking the right questions, having good practices, developing relationships and collaborating on the bigger picture. You'll also represent the DiUS brand internally and externally, positioning DiUS teammates as experts to the client.
