Specialising in small to medium-sized projects, we're not afraid to tackle the jobs others consider high-risk or difficult.In this newly created role, you'll guide diverse projects from start to finish with a supportive, close-knit team that values collaboration.
You'll also have the chance to build strong client relationships and promote FIELD's expertise in piping engineering.What you'll bringTo succeed in this role, you will:Be degree qualified – B Eng (Mechanical) or similar is the minimum requirement.Have attained your RPEQ/CPEng.Bring expertise in pipe and pressure vessel stress analysis, heat transfer and piping systems design; and knowledge of relevant design standards.Lead jobs and be regarded as the solution-finder to any problem.Be proficient in Plant 3D, or a similar design package.Like nothing better than to sink your teeth into a challenging problem.Enjoy working autonomously to get stuff done.Be solutions focused and enjoy finding a workable outcome to sometimes daunting problems.We'd also love you to:Be a confident communicator capable of building strong client and stakeholder relationships.Be keen to share your skills, coach our up-and-coming engineers and lead small work groups.Bring practical expertise and wisdom gained through your previous roles in heavy industry or mining.Why FIELD Engineers?We're not just another engineering firm.
