About UsThe client is a forward-thinking design company based in Sydney, specialising in developing high-tech IoT and medical device solutions. From initial concept to manufacturing, they are looking for a senior engineer that is comfortable across the product lifecycle.
The Role:We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer who is not only skilled in electronics design but is also a hands-on technical manager.
Key Requirements:8+ years of experience in electronics design and development.Experienced in PCB design using Altium Designer.Analog / digital design skills.Comfortable across product design lifecycle.Performing technical reviews and approvals for hardware designs.Performing effective estimation and project resource allocation.Capable of managing a small team of hardware engineers.Experience working with medical or IoT products a plus.Embedded software or firmware skills a plus.Strong communication skills.What's On Offer:Flexible working hours and remote working options (but also required to be in Sydney office a few days per week).$120k - $150k + super depending on level of experience.This is a full-time, permanent position which requires you to be onsite in the Sydney office.
