As a leading regional health service, we offer loads of development, with access to clinical educators, career advisors and a designated Mental Health Professional Development Unit to support you.As one of our Senior Clinicians, you'll be responsible for community case management for our clients, intake and treatments, crisis assessment, and you will provide leadership and supervision to junior staff and students. To be successful in this role you will need extensive experience in mental health and wellbeing services. You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to build relationships with clients and work closely to support the wider team.If you're looking for flexibility, we've got you covered. This position is available full-time (80 hours per fortnight, with a monthly ADO) or part-time (64 - 72 hours per fortnight).The multi-disciplinary team in Swan Hill provides care to persons living in their communities experiencing mental illness aged 25 - 64 years. Treatment and support is recovery focused and provided during all stages of illness.
