Location: SydneyType: 12 month fixed term contract, full timeHybrid role, Happy to talk flexible workingThe opportunity An exciting opportunity for a Senior Lead to join our AUSPAC Communications team.
The purpose of this role is to plan, develop and execute senior executive communications, storytelling content and internal engagement aligned to strategic business priorities and goals, across multiple platforms and channels.
This role will see you supporting the AUSPAC Head of Communications and associated teams.
You'll also be responsible for enterprise communications and work with senior leadership stakeholders on key messages and channels.
Your new role Source, write, produce, and publish content leveraging all available channels that focus on driving engagement with our people, with alignment to AUSPAC's strategic prioritiesDevelop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and objectivesCollaborate with C-Suite stakeholders to provide counsel and draft engagement plans and communicationsProvide expert content advice and guidance to ensure key messages are delivered effectively and aligned to marketing and communications objectivesCreatively develop and implement campaigns, programs and activities that engage employeesChampion progress and engagement with AUSPAC's Modernisation journeyEnsure consistent messaging across the AUSPAC communications team, in conjunction with global teams and work to ensure cross divisional collaboration and co-creation.About You This role will suit a collaborative, creative and experienced communications professional who is passionate about employee engagement and storytelling within a corporate environment.
Prior experience in a similar role, ideally with strong experience in internal communicationsExperience in insurance or financial services is preferredStrong understanding of corporate communication and engagementProven ability to deliver high quality content and messaging, demonstrating an understanding of our audiences and channelsBe a storytelling champion with advanced content production, writing, editing and briefing-in skillsExcellent stakeholder managementExperience managing multiple projects within a fast paced environmentPassion for innovation and continuous improvement and proven solutions focused approachAbout QBE We can never really predict what's around the corner, but at QBE we're asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
