Your Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver strategic advice on employment law, workplace relations, and industrial relations matters.Handle complex matters, such as those involving employment agreements, dispute resolution, and workforce transformation.Partner with leading industry players on high-profile cases, with recent work including high-impact cases in sports, construction, and large-scale enterprise agreement transformations.Engage in thought leadership and support business development initiatives within the practice group. About YouYou're an experienced Australian-qualified Lawyer with 6+ years PAE with a passion for Employment Law matters and a strong commitment to client success. You bring a comprehensive understanding of WR and IR matters, with an ability to provide strategic, innovative solutions.
