With one of the largest teams in Australia, they can handle transactions of any size or nature and their knowledge and experience is evidenced through longstanding working relationships with a wide range of major and international institutions, funds, real estate companies, corporate occupiers, banks, developers and public and local authorities.
There is no kind of real estate transaction that this team cannot undertake and their range of experience includes:

securing bank lending; advising on regeneration and development projects; construction matters; property disputes; taxation issues; securitisation; leasing; investing and selling; creating corporate structures; asset management; sale and leasebacks; joint ventures; and restructuring.
Job Profile
Prospective candidates will demonstrate a proven track record in providing high quality legal advice to flourish in this dynamic working environment. In addition to a strong academic background, candidates will have excellent technical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a pre-requisite as are organisational and top-rate client care skills.
There is a high level of responsibility from the outset, so the candidate will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and possess a positive attitude towards the challenges and opportunities of carrying and managing a diverse deals.
Candidates will be creative legal thinkers who are able to approach matters both from a legal as well as a commercial perspective and inspire the trust and confidence of clients and senior colleagues.
We're looking for candidates with at least 5 years PQE who are really looking to carve out a fantastic and varied career for themselves as part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
The Role
In the context of the above job profile, successful candidates are expected to:
manage a diverse portfolio of client work allocated by Partners and other colleagues within the department and wider firm; ensure that client work is progressed in a timely fashion and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress and costs; exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner; demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal skills to meet the drafting and presentation aspects of the role; demonstrate excellent organisational and prioritising skills to meet the demands of internal and external clients, as well as competing priorities; achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording; maintain clear communication links with colleagues; ensure good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external organisations; take responsibility for and attend to self-development; be active in promoting the services of the firm; take a keen interest in undertaking business development activities both internally and externally.
