Senior Lawyer – Real Estate

The role In this position, you will work closely with our partners and the broader real estate team to undertake and assist with:
Capital transactions and major leasing for national listed and private institutions Managing leasing portfolios for national landlords and tenants Drafting, advising, and negotiating commercial property contracts, leases, and development related agreements Conducting due diligence for property acquisitions and sales Advising on project structuring and risk assessment and mitigation strategies Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of property transactions The team Our high performing and collegiate Real Estate team are recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia, 2025 edition , Legal 500 and Doyle's Guide for their expertise and experience in property and real estate transactions.

About you Our successful candidate will:
