Senior Lawyer – Real Estate

Details of the offer

The role
In this position, you will work closely with our partners and the broader real estate team to undertake and assist with:

Capital transactions and major leasing for national listed and private institutions
Managing leasing portfolios for national landlords and tenants
Drafting, advising, and negotiating commercial property contracts, leases, and development related agreements
Conducting due diligence for property acquisitions and sales
Advising on project structuring and risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of property transactions

About you
Our successful candidate will:

Be a great team member contributing to a happy work environment
Have at least 4-5 years post-admission experience, particularly in property transactions and commercial leasing; and be able to demonstrate:

A strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities
