The RoleWe have an opportunity for a
Senior Lawyer
to join our back-end Major Projects and Construction team located in Melbourne on a full-time basis. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to a market-recognised, high-performing practice. We act on government infrastructure procurement and a range of private sector projects across Australia, particularly in the energy and transport sectors. In addition to running complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, our back-end team works closely with the front-end of the practice to support our clients on project delivery and contract management issues.
Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:
3+ years experience as a Senior Lawyer with solid dispute resolution experience
A drive to provide outstanding service with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ambition and a proactive approach to your work and mentoring junior staff, being resilient and a self-starter
The ability to interact confidently with our clients and build meaningful relationships
The desire to work as part of a close-knit, collaborative, and high-performing team
