About the role:
Working directly with a
highly experienced Partner .
Working on large-scale
portfolio claims
& complex, high
quantum matters .
Conduct liability investigations, reviewing policy documents and drafting pleadings & legal correspondence.
The ideal candidate:
Senior Lawyer, with Senior Associate at least 4+ years' experience in workers' compensation and/or defendant public liability.
A law degree from an accredited
Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
Willing & able to mentor junior lawyers.
Excellent communication and client management skills, regularly keeping clients informed and up to date with the case progress.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet required deadlines.
