About the role: Running your own files autonomously, with the appropriate supervision and support. Working on personal injury claims on the defendant side , with a primary focus on public and product liability . The ideal candidate: Senior Lawyer with 5+ PQE in Insurance Litigation . A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Proven experience in experience with defendant personal injury claims (open to candidate with plaintiff backgrounds). Ability & willingness to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
