The Role Our client is looking for a Senior Lawyer, Associate, or Special Counsel with at least 5+ years of post-admission experience to join their dynamic Melbourne disputes and investigations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the leading Partner specialising in Corporate Recoveries. Your primary responsibilities will include banking and debt recovery, enforcement of mortgages and other securities, insolvency, secured and unsecured asset recovery. You will have the chance to provide advice to some of Australia's major retail and commercial banking and financial institutions. This position offers a mix of independent work and teamwork.
