Global law firm with domestic and cross-border work.High profile matters for blue-chip clients.Structured career planning, bi-annual salary reviews and discretionary bonuses for over 70% utilisation!About your new employer: Leading global firm with a down-to-earth culture.Offers top-tier work and prestigious clients.Dynamic, collaborative, and busy practice.Handles both domestic and international projects.Unparalleled global network and resources.About the role: Work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction law matters.Draft and negotiate construction documentation.Provide advice and manage construction disputes, including adjudications.Handle litigation matters, primarily in the Supreme Court.Participate in arbitrations across various jurisdictions, both internationally and in Australia.The ideal candidate: You will have at least 5 years' PQE in contentious and/or non-contentious construction law from a well-regarded firm (boutique specialist law firms considered) or an in-house environment.Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission (with at least an LLB average of 70 WAM).You should be willing to build and maintain successful relationships with blue-chip clients (business development and client relationship activities).Strong commercial nous, eye for detail and drafting and communication skills.If this role does not align to your experience and/or career goals, please contact us to discuss other suitable opportunities.
