About the role An exciting career opportunity exists in our Newcastle office for a senior commercial lawyer with at least 5 years' post admission experience.
You will work closely and be mentored by the partners in this busy and very successful practice group.
You will be exposed to a range of corporate and commercial matters with mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and privacy experience desirable.
The workload is high quality, varied and interesting.
The role is suitable for candidates wishing to work either full-time or part-time and flexible working arrangements are offered.

About you To be successful in this role you will have to be a commercial lawyer with at least 5 years' post admission experience, ideally with experience in a wide range of commercial transactions and corporate advisory work.
In addition to your strong technical skills you will be highly organised, display strong written and verbal communication and demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
You will be a team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision while displaying the highest standards of professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
Importantly, you will have a strong client focus and be committed to achieving great results and delivering excellent service for your clients.
