Our office is situated in the heart of Subiaco, occupying a state-of-the-art facility, including a wide array of amenities.About the role:Our firm's commercial and business law team has grown significantly over the past 12 months and with this growth in mind, we have a need for a Senior Commercial Lawyer.
It is envisioned that the successful applicant will have 5+ years' post admission experience.As someone with an interest in fast-tracking your career, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy and will be given the opportunity to work across a broad range of interesting and challenging matters.
You will join an established, highly regarded practice and will be entrusted with client management from day one.The successful applicant for this role will possess strong communication skills and the ability to understand and respond to clients effectively.
You will work with a diverse client base comprised of ASX-listed entities, mid-level corporates, professional advisors and small businesses.You will demonstrate a commercial approach and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
It is hoped that you will have a background in mentoring junior team members and be comfortable settling work across a broad range of commercial matters.Alongside the above, your successful application will demonstrate your experience in:Business establishment including shareholder, partnership and unitholder agreements;Sale of business, assets or shares;The creation and registration of security interests on the PPSR;Contractor and consultancy agreements;Financial transactions including loans, securities and guarantees;Commercial terms of trade and privacy policies;Terms and conditions for the provision of goods and services;Intellectual property including registrations, licensing and infringements;What can you expect from us?Based in our newly fit out office in the heart of Subiaco, you will join a highly motivated and collegiate team of Lawyers and support staff.
You will have exposure to clients ranging from large privately owned groups to ASX listed entities.
