Senior Lawyer (4+) - Corporate M&A - Melbourne

We represent a leading Top Tier firm in Melbourne , who represent clients of all sizes including many of Australia's largest public and private companies and all levels of government.
The Role Due to growth within the firm, our client is looking to add a corporate lawyer to their Corporate Advisory practice.
The Team The team acts on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A and general corporate matters.
The team has advised on matters including but not limited to, M&A – private and public, domestic and cross-border, ASX Listing rules, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, partnerships and business structuring and restructuring.
They are proud to have acted on high profile cross-border transactions across a broad range of sectors.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have between 4+ years PAE gained at Top Tier practice , with an interest in working on high level corporate matters.
Experience working on key matters relating to corporate/M&A and other general corporate transactions including ECM.
