A rare opportunity is available for a Senior Landscape Design Architect to join a boutique, high-end residential and multi-residential design firm in Fitzroy. Working directly alongside the Director as the second-in-command (2IC), you will lead a talented team of five landscape architects while managing and delivering prestigious projects.
This role offers long-term career progression, including potential ownership or directorship opportunities as the firm continues to grow and expand.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, documentation, and contract administration across various projects. Ensure that the design intent is consistently maintained from concept through to completion. Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and the project team. Oversee and check drawings to ensure quality and precision. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Skills & Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-graduation experience in landscape architecture and working across high-end residential or multi-residential (or both). Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit (Vectorworks knowledge is not required, though beneficial). Strong technical and design skills with a passion for high-quality landscape architecture. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ideally, registered with the relevant professional body, though this is not essential.
