A rare opportunity is available for a Senior Landscape Design Architect to join a boutique, high-end residential and multi-residential design firm in Fitzroy. Working directly alongside the Director as the second-in-command (2IC), you will lead a talented team of five landscape architects while managing and delivering prestigious projects.
This role offers long-term career progression, including potential ownership or directorship opportunities as the firm continues to grow and expand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, documentation, and contract administration across various projects.
• Ensure that the design intent is consistently maintained from concept through to completion.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and the project team.
• Oversee and check drawings to ensure quality and precision.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of post-graduation experience in landscape architecture and working across high-end residential or multi-residential (or both).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit (Vectorworks knowledge is not required, though beneficial).
• Strong technical and design skills with a passion for high-quality landscape architecture.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ideally, registered with the relevant professional body, though this is not essential.
