In order to support the continued growth of our business in WA, LD Total is seeking appointment of a Senior Landscape Architect to assist in providing fully integrated Landscape Architecture design and delivery of large master planned land development communities including public open spaces, public sector projects, playgrounds, industrial estates, urban projects, and ecological projects.
As a Design & Construct company we work alongside our construction team to ensure our landscape vision hits the ground. This means more time to design and work with our clients and less time spent undertaking contractual tasks. We work with a range of clients in Perth, from the large diversified property groups through to smaller developers and builders.
We are seeking a highly talented and enthusiastic Senior Landscape Architect with demonstrated experience in professional practice, design and project management for our Perth office. The successful candidate should possess creative design expertise, balanced with project management skills and experience. At LD Total, we offer our team exposure from the concept design phase through to construction on every project. The Senior Landscape Architect will be a client focused individual who can assist in building on current client relationships.
Minimum Selection Criteria
Landscape Architecture degree (Bachelor or Masters) preferably Registered with AILA
Client interfacing, building relationships to facilitate growth of our Landscape Architectural services
Demonstrated experience managing large public sector and commercial design projects
Project manage and work in collaboration with other consultants: architects, planners, engineers, hydrologists
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, professionalism, organisation and time management skills
