Equally, you will have experience leading design projects at a similar level and providing leadership and guidance to team members of varied experience levels.ABOUT YOU6+ years post-graduate experience at a similar level / practice or studio is a must, with residential experience an advantageAppropriate tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture / DesignProficiency in Vectorworks (preferred) or AutoCadHigh level of working knowledge of BCA, Standards & NSW planning frameworkMust have extensive Australian plant knowledge and passion for gardensExperience managing end-to-end landscape design projects for the high-end residential marketDisplay strong skills in design and documentation at all stages from concept through completion, including construction phasesExperience working closely with high-end clientsExcellent communication, organisational, project management and problem solving skillsHave a natural ability and skillset to successfully interpret a project brief and deliver a design that is well suited to the site climatic conditions and appropriate to the architecture of the buildingTeam player who is willing to collaborate, listen, learn and fit in with the culture of the Wyer & Co team.
