About the Job We are seeking a Senior Lands Officer to manage and oversee land-related projects that are integral to the delivery of major transport infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring the cadastral and tenure integrity of PTA's land portfolio and maintain the accuracy of the PTA's Land and Property Register. Your expertise will also be vital in managing consultants to support the successful delivery of land projects.
Drawing on your expertise and knowledge in tenure and land administration, you will be responsible for managing land on behalf of the PTA, ensuring all processes align with Western Australian Government policies and the PTA's objectives. Your core responsibilities will include managing and rationalising land in accordance with government policy, conducting thorough due diligence on land and property, and managing land and property projects such as land assembly for transport projects.
To be suitable for this role, you should have a strong track record in managing land-related projects and consultants. Your communication skills should be well developed, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and prepare various written documents, including reports and policy papers.
About You! To excel in this role, you should possess:
