The Agency aims to drive the sustainable, economic and social advancement of the Northern Territory through land use and transport planning, infrastructure investment and effective logistics supply chains. Apart from creating a vibrant future for Territorians, DIPL offers employees the opportunity to develop careers within the Public Sector and across many disciplines.As a Land Information Officer provide authoritative land tenure advice and services, on land and / or significant land developments potentially affected by the rights and interests of Aboriginal people. Applying your communication and geospatial skills you will also be responsible for preparing the reports and plans, as well as ensuring the integrity of relevant textual and geospatial databases or systems.To be successful you require demonstrated capability in researching and critically evaluating land survey and tenure records; preparation of complex reports, maps, as well as using and maintain geospatial information applications, databases or systems.
