Key Responsibilities Expertly construct, install and finish cabinetry and other custom woodworkManage all workshop operations ensuring efficient workflow and production timelines.Supervise and mentor a small team of joiners and installers promoting skill development and quality workmanship.Read and interpret technical drawings and plansEnsure all work meets relevant building codes and safety standardsCollaborate with project managers, clients and other tradesWork closely with the Estimating team.Liaise with the Clients and establish a clear Scope of WorksSchedule projects and ensure joinery programs are followed.Prepare accurate and detailed quotes based on project specifications.Maintain excellent communication with all clients, suppliers and team members. Skills / Background Strong experience as a qualified carpenter, cabinet maker or joinerAbility to manage and mentor a small team of trades and installersStrong grasp of carpentry, joinery and cabinetmaking techniquesExcellent problem-solving and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong communication and teamwork skillsCarpentry or Cabinet Making qualificationSelf-motivated, good communication skillsAttention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities and time management #J-18808-Ljbffr
