$130 - $135k + super

Are you a skilled Senior Java Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading bank, is seeking a highly experienced Java professional for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-performance systems and applications using Java.Integrate and manage real-time data pipelines with Kafka to support critical business operations.Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the given timeframe.Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Java development, with deep knowledge of core Java frameworks and best practices.Proven experience working with Kafka for stream processing and event-driven architectures.Strong expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure, including experience with key services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.Experience in building scalable, high-availability systems in cloud environments.Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best coding practices.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have: Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Exposure to microservices architecture. Why Join Us?
