A merit pool may be established and used to fill similar vacancies for up to 18 months.About our teamGM Technology & Major Cap Group | ICT Division | Visa Citizenship & Digital Systems | Client Digital SystemsThe Visa, Citizenship & Digital Systems (VC&DS) Branch provides the digital environment to enable the effective and efficient delivery of Visa and Citizenship programs.We do this by providing high quality expertise and knowledge in digital system design, development of lodgement and decision making systems, and support for business needs.We also provide enterprise services for system to system integration, system quality assurance and testing.VCDS has undergone a large transformation to deliver projects using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.The Client Digital Systems (CDS) provides essential Production Support and ICT Systems Changes to the Department's external client facing systems that enables online lodgement of Visa and Citizenship applications.The section also supports status verification & support systems essential to external organisations, such as the Visa Verification Online (VEVO) and Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) systems.The Department is looking for people who enjoy working in a rapidly evolving and forward thinking environment.
