This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful IT projects that will drive value and contribute to IT innovation. Through effective leadership and collaboration with project managers and other portfolio stakeholders, you'll ensure that all project-led test management activities align with the Business IT goals and objectives.
Lead the Portfolio Test management function, by providing leadership and support in the implementation and operation of comprehensive test strategies (Portfolio level) and plans (project level) Oversee the IT technical change management and Portfolio release management processes, ensuring that all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled manner to enable seamless transitions. Collaborate closely with the IT Portfolio Learning and Change Management Specialists to ensure smooth business readiness and service transition, integrating your respective expertise to facilitate a seamless adoption of new technologies across the organisation Provide coaching and direction to other project resources, including 3rd party test management resources and employee Test Analysts Manage external vendors and relationships to ensure the quality of strategies and plans, and fulfilment of commercial obligations. Create detailed test plans and schedules, oversee test execution, and manage corrective actions to ensure quality IT portfolio delivery. The community you will join Based in Brisbane, you will be joining the Business IT & Digital Delivery group as part of the extensive IT Portfolio of Programs and Projects. This team thrives on a culture of high performance, where each member's dedication to excellence is complemented by a strong emphasis on collaboration, ultimately fostering a dynamic and achievement-oriented environment.
Your expertise Degree level qualification in a relevant field, such as education, human resources or information technology or significant relevant experience. You will apply your expert knowledge in user, technical test management and technical change management, with demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating project and system test management programs. You will have knowledge of test management design methodology and experience in delivering test management programs.
Additionally, you will have a proven track record in simultaneously managing multiple work packages and demonstrated success engaging a range of stakeholders, including senior management, extending to negotiating, consulting, facilitation and influencing on both strategic and operational issues.
