Job Description: As a Senior IT Technician at LogicIT, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional IT support and solutions to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network configuration, and system maintenance.
Server Management: Administer and maintain both virtual and physical servers hosted in our data center and client on-prem servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Network Management: Oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Implement network solutions to enhance efficiency and security.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and problem resolution, ensuring client satisfaction.
Managed Service Agreements: Manage and monitor client systems under service agreements, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent downtime.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical documentation, including system configurations, client interactions, and service agreements.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a senior IT technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux based operating systems. Proficiency in server administration and network management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
