About the role We are looking for a senior IT systems administrator to help us continue providing a high standard of remote, on-site, telephone, and email support to our growing client base. You will work with a wide variety of technology and assist in solving cloud, server, endpoint and network, issues. The role will involve a high degree of independence and responsibility. Working closely with key customers and building strong long-lasting relationships. You will initiate and oversee projects, serving as the main point of contact for customers. From pre-sales to final deployment. Our core technology landscape revolves around Microsoft and its suite of products, especially Microsoft 365 and cloud services. Your expertise in these areas will be essential in providing seamless support and driving success for our clients. Required Technical Skills Microsoft 365 configuration, administration, and deployment Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 products Ability to troubleshoot and solve endpoint issues Provision, troubleshoot and monitor security solutions (EDR, ATP, firewall etc) VPN / RDP Troubleshooting & setup Ability to troubleshoot network configuration or hardware issues Able to work competently, both remotely and on-site Favoured Expertise Proficient in Microsoft 365 Admin, Teams & SharePoint provisioning Understanding of modern cyber security practices and risk analysis Network architecting skills & VoIP phone systems experience Qualifications in IT, or related field 5+ years experience in IT support and/or IT projects Essential Personal Skills A love of and ability to solve problems & overcome challenges Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including managing key stakeholders and working with team members Good documentation skills with attention to detail and able to follow processes Proficient in technical communication and capable of conveying information to a diverse audience Proactive and energetic approach Ability to work independently and manage tasks of competing priority Have a professional work ethic and presentation Carry a friendly, personable, confident customer service attitude A Can-Do Attitude combined with a willingness to learn Must have a current car drivers licence An easy-going environment and culture (we all enjoy what we do) A proactive approach to ongoing training to help you develop life-long skills Fulfilling work-life balance while enjoying the rewards of your impactful contributions Unlimited supply of coffee & tea at the office Lucrative job package including company car The Package An employment agreement relevant to experience and credentials will be tailored to suit the successful candidate.
