We are seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our client's dynamic IT team for a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension. This role will primarily focus on providing L2/L3 support to both in-office and remote staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of their IT infrastructure. You will also act as an escalation point for L1/L2 Service Desk staff, mentor junior team members, and provide guidance on technical issues and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert L2/L3 IT support for both in-office and remote staff, ensuring prompt resolution of complex technical issues. Act as the escalation point for L1/L2 Service Desk staff, assisting with more advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution. Mentor and train L1/L2 IT support staff, offering advice and support to help them grow their technical skills. Work collaboratively with other IT teams to resolve incidents, outages, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Support the maintenance and management of IT systems and applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to help streamline the support process for future issues. Assist in special projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience providing L2/L3 IT support in a corporate environment. Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based solutions. Proven experience mentoring and training junior IT staff, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues quickly. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
