Work for an iconic education provider Great working environment Strategic and highly influential piece of work for our client's IT operations Iconic education provider looking to bring an IT Strategy, Planning and Governance support resource to help with Strategy and Operations Our client is an iconic Education provider, and they are looking for a Senior IT Strategy, Planning and Governance Support specialist to join their team. 7.5 to 8 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week and up to 40 hrs per week. Adelaide location (2 days WFH allowed) Adelaide based candidates only. This role requires the candidate to be in the office 3 days per week minimum as per client's company policy. $100 to $130 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 to 40 hours (25% casual loading included). The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise. Higher Education Industry award 2020 industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation. Our client's IT team is seeking to engage an experienced South Australia based technology resource to support several workstreams including: IT Operating Model optimisation IT Governance and Policy IT Service catalogue development Process improvement and change management IT Strategic planning Annual Investment planning and prioritisation The work is anticipated to involve working with IT teams and key stakeholders at different levels in IT and across our clients stakeholders, where the right person will be able to elicit critical information, synthesise approaches to addressing business requirements, resolving emerging issues, and mitigating constraints, and developing high quality documentation, including strategic presentations for senior stakeholders. Deliverables from this engagement will include: Operational documentation, presentations, and artefacts Strategic documentation, presentations, and artefacts Please note the successful applicant will be expected to work on-site from the clients office for a big portion of the week. Experience and qualifications Mandatory skills and experience include high confidence in the following fields, including application of relevant methodologies and frameworks: Technology strategy Business engagement ITSM including service catalogue development IT Policy and Governance Frameworks IT Operating models Business analysis Process improvement Risk management Change management Highly desirable experience includes: Technology experience of 15+ years Operational improvement experience of 15+ years Experience in Education and in other jurisdictions.
