Our client, a leading IT company based in Perth, is seeking a proactive and reliable Level 2 Support Specialist to join their team.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values your expertise in systems like O365, Azure, Exchange, SQL, VMWare, Veeam, SAP B1, Salesforce, and Tableau.
What you'll do: As a Level 2 Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing first and second-level technical support to resolve IT issues efficiently.
You will also configure and maintain all company IT equipment and implement software updates.
Additionally, you will maintain BI reports in Tableau and Salesforce and support the ERP system (SAP B1).
Your ability to document IT issues, solutions, and improvements will contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of the company's IT processes.
Provide first and second-level technical support, swiftly resolving IT issues.Configure and maintain all company IT equipment, including servers, PCs, laptops, printers, and phones.Implement and update software systems for seamless operation.Maintain and update Business Intelligence (BI) reports in Tableau and Salesforce.Support ERP system (SAP B1), while documenting IT issues, solutions, and improvements.What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Level 2 Support Specialist role brings along a wealth of experience in IT support.
With at least three years under your belt working with O365, Azure, Exchange, SQL among others; your technical expertise will be invaluable.
Your proven experience with PC installations as well as laptop and server setups sets you apart from the rest.
Your excellent communication skills coupled with your problem-solving abilities make you an effective troubleshooter.
Lastly, your positive attitude combined with organisational skills enables you to prioritise tasks efficiently.
