Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager you will be engaging with our clients as well as managing the entire project lifecycle for critical IT infrastructure, Modern workplace, and cloud projects, such as cloud migrations, M365 and SharePoint implementations.
In this role, you will get to:
Develop comprehensive project plans for IT infrastructure, Modern workplace, and cloud initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, cloud service providers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements, define deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational IT goals.Leverage your deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to architect and execute cloud migration and optimization projects.Ensure that IT infrastructure, Modern workplace and cloud projects adhere to cyber security and compliance standards, implementing appropriate controls and safeguards.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues specific to IT infrastructure, Modern workplace, and cloud projects, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, including IT specialists, cloud architects, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Regularly track project progress for IT infrastructure, Modern workplace and cloud initiatives, report on key milestones, and communicate project status to senior management.Manage project budgets for IT infrastructure, Modern workplace, and cloud projects, closely monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures as needed.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with cloud service providers, vendors, and contractors involved in IT infrastructure, Modern workplace, and cloud projects.Continuously enhance project management processes and methodologies for IT infrastructure, Modern workplace, and cloud initiatives to optimize efficiency and project outcomes.
