Capstone are glad to be partnering with a fantastic organisation that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Project Manager to lead some high-profile IT Network and Infrastructure projects.
This role requires an individual with proven project management skills, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale technology implementations.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including architects, construction teams, vendors, and internal IT teams, to ensure project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology fit-out and operational technology implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with architects, construction teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Oversee the installation and integration of IT infrastructure, AV systems, networking, access control, and other modern workplace technologies.
Engage and manage third-party vendors, ensuring they deliver quality services and products aligned with project goals.
Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth project progression.
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial updates to leadership teams.
Provide regular status reports, progress updates, and post-project analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Senior IT Project Manager with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, AV systems, networking, access control, and operational technology.
Excellent project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and closing complex technology projects.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience managing third-party vendors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
