Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) Full time We are seeking a Senior IT Developer to join our team. This role maintains related technologies that integrate with or otherwise rely on both Dynamics and in-house systems. As a Senior IT Developer at Five Group, you will lead or play an important part in growing the capability of these platforms, making recommendations for future upgrades in line with the Five Group's architecture principles and technology roadmap, as well as designing and implementing changes to the platforms.

Key Responsibilities of the position: Maintain, support, upgrade and evolve both the Dynamics CRM Platform and PowerApps applications (job management applications), the client portals and business tools, along with their associated integrations.Demonstrate a clear understanding of stated requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Work with system architect and IT Developers to design and deliver effective solutions.Maintain and enhance existing solutions to uphold and improve system functionality.Provide third level response to IT support tickets via prescribed support channels.Work within structured project management, development management and service delivery frameworks to meet agreed deadlines.Engage and collaborate with other staff and vendors on a day-to-day basis with respect to system issues and changes.Assist in resolving escalated issues, suggest upgrades, maintain documentation.Pursue IT knowledge enhancement, and implement changes outside regular business hours.Who we're looking for?
