Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.Provide excellent customer service while interacting with end-users and stakeholders.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices in service delivery.Document all support activities and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Level 2-3 Desktop Support Technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common applications and networking concepts.Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
