Leverage your technical experience in End User Computing (EUC) to provide third-level support across desktop and endpoint computing hardware, software environments and business applications.Involve modernising the end-to-end lifecycle of applications and services that are critical to the organisation's success.Work with Microsoft's Modern Management suite, including Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, and Desktop Analytics, to ensure that the organisation's applications and services are up-to-date, secure, and optimised for performance.Position details The position is responsible for:
Accountable for level three technical escalation point in addition to timely identification, management, and escalation of risks and issues for relevant service area(s) of responsibility.Responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of relevant standards, procedures, guidelines, and documentation for relevant service area(s) of responsibility.Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and service providers in the design, build, testing, and deployment of contemporary modern workplace end user computing solutions and business applications for relevant service area(s) of responsibility.Provide subject matter expertise for assigned projects and provide technical recommendations for solution delivery, risk mitigation, and/or issue remediation for relevant service area(s) of responsibility.How to apply To be considered for this position, applicants are required to submit a resume and cover letter summarising their skills and relevant experience relating to this opportunity.
