Senior It Analyst In Deeside

Proactive Personnel are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit for a Senior IT Analyst to join their International Infrastructure Services team on a full time, permanent basis. The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of analytical and technical assignments offering both IT operational support to users across the business and also working on projects. Duties: Analyse complex technical systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation & developing strategies to enhance system functionality and performance.Providing day to day IT support for existing infrastructure services and end users.Working on projects leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services or EOL activities.Travel across sites to offer on-site support when required.Working closely with the IT Manager to offer support to the team. Requirements: 5 years working within a similar role, ideally offering IT support within a medium-large business.Strong Cisco networking skill (CCNA)Knowledge of Windows client O/S and infrastructure platforms, network environments and concepts and Veeam Backup & Replication.The ability to work well independently with strong organisation skills to prioritise work efficiently.Some team leadership experience would be beneficial.The ability to travel between sites when required.3rd line support experience.
