The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Investment Strategist to join our dynamic team.
In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, connecting with them via Zoom or face-to-face meetings.
You will play a pivotal role in converting qualified leads (generated through our call center team and digital marketing efforts) into lasting client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the investment process—from initial discovery calls to strategy meetings and presenting investment opportunities, to assisting in the deal-closing process.
As the primary contact for clients, you will help them navigate their property investment journey and work toward achieving their financial goals.
You will be fully supported by ongoing training, mentorship, and resources to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Discovery: Manage qualified leads and build relationships with prospective investors through calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face consultations.
Build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships.Strategy & Property Presentations: Create and present an individualised tax and debt minimisation strategy and assist the Acquisitions team in conducting research and data informed property tours whilst also presenting financial strategies and analysing cash flow to help clients make informed decisions about property investments.Sales Execution: Guide clients through the sales process, from qualified enquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.Client Consultation: Provide tailored property investment advice and strategies to help clients meet their financial goals, leveraging our in-depth market knowledge and expertise.Relationship Building: Foster lasting relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their investment journey.About You: You have a genuine passion for helping clients and can easily build authentic relationships.Your sales experience is based on a consultative and ethical approach that prioritises the best interests of your clients.You are a strong communicator with a results-driven mindset, capable of closing sales and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.You're an innovative, adaptable professional, motivated to succeed in a dynamic and ever-changing industry.You approach your work with integrity and a strong commitment to delivering value to your clients.Requirements: Experience: At least 3 years in a Property Investment Advisor role (or similar), with a strong track record in residential real estate and investment strategies.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property market, particularly in areas like brand new properties, house and land packages, investment opportunities (growth corridor suburbs, high cash flow assets, SMSF solutions, etc.
).Skills: Excellent analytical skills, particularly in cash flow analysis and investment property strategy.
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Adaptability: Ability to meet with clients via Zoom or in-office.Why Join Us?
