You will be working for a business that will be willing to support you to ensure you get exposure to area's that you to develop.Description The Senior Business Analyst will report the CFO and perform the following responsibilities: Support the Investment Manager and CFO to evaluate results of investment portfolio and associated improvement and action plans. Preparation of accurate and timing investment portfolio reporting for the Group, which is delivered on an ad hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on financial stability, liquidity and growth. This includes superior analysis of the performance results and returns for ultimate submission and participation in the investment committee including the Board of Directors.Preparation of accurate and timing property portfolio reporting for the Group, which is delivered on an ad hoc, monthly and quarterly basis. This includes superior analysis on feasibility regarding owned property development opportunities and annual property outgoings process. Maintenance of investment reporting platform and reconciliation of reported numbers with key controls against external provider statements and the general ledger.Preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Group. Preparation and evaluation of actual results against budget, forecasts and prior year. Profile The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who has since gained solid analytical skills with a strong interest in investments.
